Top Tuesdays #7: My Top Classic Disney Movies

f1f67-toptentuesday

Hi everyone,

It’s Tuesday! And you know what that means… Time for another Top Ten Tuesday hosted by The Broke ad the Bookish. I wasn’t really a fan of their topic for this week, so I decided to go off on my own and list my favorite classic Disney movies. Who doesn’t love Disney, right?

The Aristocats

This was my favorite childhood movie and, even after I’ve watched so many Disney movies, it’s still at the top.

The Little Mermaid

This movie is such a classic. The particular reason it’s one of my favorites is because I’m a swimmer and I love the ocean.

The Great Mouse Detective

This is such an underrated movie. By now, you all must know about my obsession with all things Sherlock Holmes. This is such a cute and well-done adaptation of the classic characters and stories.

Pirates of the Caribbean: Curse of the Black Pearl

I pretty much love any movie that has a main character who’s completely insane (in a good way). Oh, and I love Keira Knightley. I wasn’t a fan of the other movies, though.

The Rescuers Down Under

This movie is also severely underrated. I watched it over and over as a kid. So much better than the first one. I think the reason I like it so much is because I have this weird obsession with Australia and it’s like my #1 place that I need to visit in my lifetime.

That’s it! Until next time!

Have any better classic Disney movies you feel are underrated? Comment below!

  1. Hahaha you didn’t tweak this week’s theme, you made a trip to the moon and put your own flag on the thing. But you are right, everyone loves Disney :)!
I am personally a huge fan of Peter Pan and Alice in Wonderland. (and The Little Mermaid, but you mentioned that one already)
